The word “Airport” in other languages
You’re welcome
^REBLOGGING FOR THAT TAG
WHY ISN’T NORWEGIAN ON HERE?!?!?!?!?!??!
UM YOU’RE FORGETING SPANISH:
AUEROPUERTO
No Korean :C?
In Dutch it is also called ‘Vliegveld’
most finnish people use the wor lentokenttä, but lentoasema will do! :D BTW: what do we need the translation of AIRPORT to ??! :D
“Michael Weatherly and his wife go Shopping at Barneys New York - Feb. 18th”
Paparazzi on a roll lately.
I guess all of you know -if you don’t I wonder where you’ve been-, but I felt I had to remind you:
I was born and raised in a monolingual region of Spain, which means Spanish is my one and only mother language. So…
If you ever need me to tell you how something is said in Spanish for your fanfiction/graphics/fanvid/whatever, drop me a line and I’ll give you a hand.
However, bear in mind that languages aren’t symmetrical and translating isn’t a word-by-word process 90% of the time. There isn’t a Spanish word for scone and there isn’t an English word for paella.
OMG same for me and Italian.
And people please when you write a fanfiction and want a character to speak ITALIAN come to me , ask ,don’t use Google translator. lol I mean it. please.
That counts for Swedish to! =D
I’m adding German to the list. ;)
Well now I just want to write a fic where Tony tries to use ALL THE LANGUAGES.
FINNISH! yeah!
